FT Security Shift Lead - 2nd Shift - $18/ (#84)

Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full-Time Security Shift Lead for the Fort Wayne, IN area to work 2nd shift. This position offers a pay rate of $18.00/hr with weekly pay.

Schedule:

Days and hours can vary depending on operational needs.

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements:

• Two years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Three years or more of experience in a supervisory or shift lead position.
• Have reliable means of transportation and communication.
• Excellent customer service and report writing skills.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
• Able to work independently.

A Security Shift Lead may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Shift Lead must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
